Vorarlberg’s excellence in climate-friendly construction is comprehensive.
57 particularly climate-friendly apartment buildings, commercial, and public buildings were honored by State Councillor Marco Tittler at the State House.
We are especially pleased with the additional mention of “Morscher Bau“ with “Wohnbauselbsthilfe” , and we congratulate all involved:
“Alpenländische” and “Morscher Bau” with “Wohnbauselbsthilfe” projects stand out.
Affordable rents are particularly important for non-profit housing developers, and low energy costs naturally contribute to this. Therefore, “Alpenländische Heimstätte” with 31 buildings and “Morscher Bau” – partly in collaboration with “Wohnbauselbsthilfe” with 10 projects – are the developers presenting the highest number of certified buildings this year.
Among the honored buildings are also the last two winners of the State Prize, the office and company building by Georg Bechter in Hittisau and the Frastanz Hofen Education Center, as well as the school in Hittisau nominated for this year’s State Prize.
