Opposite the cable car station in Schnifis, 15 residential units will be built, grouped together in two three-storey buildings.
The two buildings contain 15 residential units, which are designed as 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with between 48 and 92 square meters of floor space. 80 percent of the apartments are also accessible. In the outdoor area, both a playground and visitor parking are to be created.
The construction period for the major project is set as 18 months. Depending on requirements, the apartments are assigned by the council as rental and / or instalment purchase apartments.
