The exhibition accompanies a guide of the same name, published by the Architekturforum Allgäu as the second volume on Neuer Bauen in the region by art publisher Josef Fink. Again, there are residential and commercial buildings, schools, industrial buildings, infrastructure, public spaces, and facilities for tourism and leisure, which were selected by a panel of experts. New buildings as well as conversions projects, which originated from civic initiatives, show interesting examples of the current building culture in the region.
The exhibition in the Architekturgalerie München shows 14 selected models and project displays, giving a great impression of the buildings of the last ten years and the lively Allgäu architecture scene.
