Brock Commons Phase 1 is a dormitory building on the campus of the University of British Columbia (UBC), in Vancouver, Canada.
With a height of 53 meters, the 18 storey building will be the tallest wooden building in the world, exceeding the current 32 meter wooden tower in Melbourne, Australia.
